iWeb Group Inc. became public on September 28th 2004 after the approval of the qualifying transaction with Leonides Investments Inc., which resulted in its merger with iWeb Group on August 24, 2004. Shares are traded on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) under the symbol IWB.
