iWeb headquarter and the iWeb-HD data center are located on Hochelaga street, 5 minutes east of downtown Montreal. The iWeb-CL data center is located in St-Leonard, 15 minutes from downtown Montreal.

IWeb-CO, the iWeb's colocation data center is located in Nuns' Island in the heart of Montreal. Finally, the sales and customer services offices are located on Sherbrooke Street near the iWeb headquarter. IWeb also has a point of presence in the United States, in Washington.
